Subscriptions purchased through Google Play Store or Apple App Store are subject to the respective platform's refund policies: • Google Play Store: You may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Visit https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions to cancel or request a refund. • Apple App Store: Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles all iOS refunds per their guidelines. Aatreya Infotech does not directly process refunds for in-app purchases made through store platforms.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pooja: Full refund. • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows: No refund. To cancel a booking, go to My Bookings → select the booking → Cancel.

If a pooja or homam is cancelled by the temple, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds are not available for live stream access once the stream has commenced. If you experience a technical issue on our end preventing access, please contact support within 24 hours for a courtesy credit.
